JTELC also has extensive experience with the customer-facing operations of marketing, ordering, billing, and customer trouble ticket resolution. Fundamentally, a potential or existing customer needs to understand what you are selling, how much it costs, how they order the service, when it will be installed, who they contact for service issues, and how they will be billed and pay for the service(s) that you provide.
For projects that are eligible for state or federal funding, we provide reviews of the programs and considerations for loans or grants; including ongoing compliance obligations. At the federal level, funding is available through the USDA/RUS ReConnect program, IIJA BEAD, and many other state and federal programs.
